Two Depressions Forming

The National Hurricane Center is advising that a tropical depression is forming off the southeastern coast of the US.

Another depression is expected to form over the next couple days.

Below is a satellite loop of the disturbance off the coast of Georgia, and below that is the one in the Caribbean.

For the first one, it is expected to become a depression this evening or tonight. Further development is possible, and it could become Tropical Storm Nana.
The disturbance southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands is no longer expected to develop.

But another tropical wave is expected to emerge into the eastern Atlantic and gradual development is possible thereafter.

The next storm would be Nana, then Omar.
