Catastrophic Flooding in Kentucky
The past 36 hours have brought very serious flooding to Eastern Kentucky, with over 8 inches of rain falling.
Dozens of houses were washed away, and cars submerged. 23,000 people lost power, and at least 8 died.

Governor Andy Beshear says it could be one of the "most significant, deadly floods" that the area has ever experienced.
