A Flash Flood Warning is in effect for Southwestern Baltimore County and Baltimore City until 8:45pm. A Flood Warning is in effect until 9:30pm. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for the entire region until 11pm.
Around 2.25 inches of rain have fallen as of 8pm, and total rainfall until midnight is expected to be around 2.5 inches. If roads appear to have water, avoid them, especially at night when you can't see the water well.
Storms will likely develop tomorrow morning, with some thunder possible as well. Heavy rain is likely in these storms, and 1 to 2 inches of rain could fall.
Storms will redevelop tomorrow afternoon into the evening, again bringing heavy rainfall. Flash flooding is expected in localized areas, and you should monitor radio or other outlets for the latest guidance.
High temperatures tomorrow will only be around 83, considerably cooler than recent days. Obviously, there will be high humidity levels, but it will still be cooler.
