UPDATE: Development Expected To Be Delayed Southeast of Bermuda
--
Site updates are below this tropical cyclone update
--
The disturbance to the southeast of Bermuda that we are monitoring has been poorly organized today. While some development could still occur in the next couple days, it will more likely happen late Tuesday and Wednesday.
Upper-level winds have been displacing the showers to the east of the center. These winds are expected to ease up and be more conducive for development late Tuesday, and a subtropical or tropical depression or storm should form Wednesday.
A full animation can be found here.
This system would be named Epsilon.
Another low pressure area could form in the southwestern Caribbean in the next few days. Gradual development is possible later this week as it moves northwest or north-northwest in the Caribbean.

SITE UPDATES
1. Site Down Time
Our website was down between around 2pm and 4pm today, and we are continuing to upgrade and edit some parts. Therefore, it is advised you don't count on the website until further notice. Certain parts are being replaced and/or upgraded, so while the site itself may be up, parts may be missing. We are working to fix a few issues, including the menu button not working on mobile and the search button not working.
2. Satellite Loops
We have been continuing to work towards embedding satellite loops for various places around the country and in the Atlantic Ocean. This has now been completed! Please check out the satellite loop page at https://www.minyancast.com/p/satellite-loops.html and at https://satellite.minyancast.com/
3. Files Website
We have now launched a website where files that are too big for a post (too much space on the page or take too long to load) can be viewed. This is hosted at files.20.minyancast.com.
-Any technical issues can be sent to techsupport@minyancast.com. Future notices of bug fixes will often be sent from there to anyone who has subscribed to our list.
