Newly-Formed Epsilon Drifting Southeast of Bermuda
In a classic twist from yesterday's forecast, a tropical depression formed this morning and then strengthened into Tropical Storm Epsilon.
The cyclone is drifting due to lack of steering currents in the atmosphere.
Epsilon will likely be near or at hurricane strength Thursday, and could bring strong winds to Bermuda over the weekend.
