Teddy Moving Near Newfoundland, Still Posing Wind & Surge Threat
Teddy is now moving adjacent to Newfoundland, with 50 mph winds. Little change is expected before Teddy merges with a larger extratropical low on Thursday.
There are no disturbances in the Atlantic and Gulf. There is likely to be a lull in activity, partially due to cooler waters and more unfavorable conditions caused in the wake of recent cyclones.
