Beta To Bring Flooding To Texas Coast

Beta is a tropical storm heading towards the central Texas coast.

At least 5 to 10 inches of rain are expected along the Upper Texas coastline, which poses a flash flood threat. 

Beta is expected to move very slowly as it turns northeast over the Texas coast, which will enhance the flood threat. 

Beta 3ill then track northeast across the US, but the track and details are still uncertain. 

Beta should approach the coast on Monday.
