Storm Review & Grading Our Snow Forecast

    Here is a review of storm totals and a grade of our forecast for this storm.

We predicted 5 to 8 inches from about 48 hours before the storm. 

Though the decreasing chances of a second round of snow meant less for us then, we kept to our forecast. 

In the end, 4 to 5 inches was reported around this area. 

We also forecasted only a 65% chance of getting to that 5 inch mark, due to that uncertainty. 

We gave a 90% chance for 3 inches. 

So overall, we didn't do great. We did overestimate the snowfall. But we did mark out the uncertainties.
