Continued Snow Showers Today
There is more snow coming, with continued bands of snow today, possibly tonight as well.
These bands have been persisting for a while, which raises confidence in them continuing. Though they could shift to the west or east. Note that they are pretty narrow, making it a hit or miss situation.
Since yesterday, we have gotten 2 to 2.5 inches of snow.
Another coating should fall today. If these bands keep up, we could get 1 to 3 inches.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 1pm. It may be extended if snow continues.
Looking ahead, Wednesday has clearing skies with a high near 36. Winds will be 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
Thursday brings sunny skies with a high of 40.
Then some precipitation could move through late Thursday and Friday morning. This could start off as snow Thursday night, but don't expect much as it turns to rain pretty quickly.
Friday will end with highs around 45.
Shabbos is expected to be near 40 and mostly sunny.
Cold air is looking likely for next week, possibly after some Sunday snow.
