There is an increasing risk of a strong storm moving through Thursday and Thursday night.

Rain is likely in the morning, with the heaviest rain in the afternoon and evening. 

Pictured are Thursday morning and evening. 

It could mix with and then change to snow Thursday night. 

Even without snow, a freezover of the rain is likely. 

A solid 2 inches of rain could fall, possibly causing flooding. 

Damaging winds are possible Thursday, and a tornado can't be ruled out.
