Clearing and Warmer Monday

Skies will continuously clear today, and it will be quite mild. Highs will be around 51.

A cold front will pass through later today, and temperatures Tuesday will struggle to reach 40. Skies will be clear, so the sunshine will help. However, there will be winds of 10 mph and gusts to 25 mph. 

Wednesday is back around 42 and sunny. 

Then rain is expected in the Thursday - Friday time frame. Exactly when is not certain, but rain should begin by Thursday afternoon. 

Some intital showers are possible, coming from the northwest before the main rain should move in from the southwest. 

Then rain/showers will clear out Friday afternoon or evening. 

Rainfall totals of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. 

Temperatures Thursday and Friday will be around 55.
