Very Warm And Dry

Today brings critical fire weather for the entire central Maryland down through Virginia.

This means that humidity will be below 30% and gusts to 30 mph are likely.

That said, a Red Flag Warning is in effect. "All outdoor burning is discouraged, as fires could
rapidly spread and become uncontrollable", the National Weather Service says.

Open air burning is prohibited before 4pm.

Highs will reach near 76. Given that computer models have been a little too low, reaching 80 isn't out of the question.

The record high for today is 75, set in 1967, and we likely will break it.

Then tomorrow is cooler, with a high of 67.
A mid morning shower is likely.

That ushers in cooler weather for Shabbos and Sunday. Highs Shabbos will be around 53, with Sunday being near 58.

It's possible we get some snow falling Monday, but don't expect any stickage unless it's really cold and intense.
