Cloudier Tuesday, Still Warm
Tuesday is cloudier but dry, with the warm weather continuing. Some rain heading into Wednesday, and then even warmer ahead of possible thunderstorms.
Clouds will increase Monday night while a system passes by, but no rain is expected yet. Tuesday turns out cloudy for the most part, but some breaks in the clouds can be expected. Highs around 65.
Some rain is now looking likely late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, but it won't be much (less than a tenth of an inch).
Wednesday, temperatures are a bit lower - near 61. The clouds will stick around following the rain.
Temperatures will reach 72 Thursday. This won't be contesting the record, which is 83 from 1929. It will again be on the cloudier side, as our area sits between two systems.
Some showers later Thursday night and Friday morning are possible, and there could be a rumble of thunder.
The exact timing will make a big difference: If the colder air that will be moving in comes later in the day Friday, then the heating up (with highs of 75+) will cause storms to develop; on the other hand, a sooner arrival would mean less storms, and just overall windy.
In all likelihood, one or two showers will move through late Thursday night into Friday morning.
