     1pm Wednesday update: Temperatures briefly jumped to 65 between 10:30 am and 12 pm. As the rain moved in, it dipped to 63. It will be nearly steady this afternoon.

Highs Wednesday will be around 63 - with temperatures nearly steady. 

Rain will begin between 12pm and 1:30, first as more of a drizzle then becoming a steady rain. A break in the rain is expected between 6:30pm and 11pm. Then more rain is expected Wednesday night. This should end by 7am Thursday. 

Total rainfall of around 1.5 inches is likely. 

Temperatures really drop behind this rain, with Thursday's high being only 49. Winds of 15 mph with gusts to 30 mph will keep real feels near 40 at their peak.
