Friday, March 11: Warm Ahead of the Storm
Today is quite pleasant, ahead of very bitter weather on Shabbos.
Highs will be near 58 with mostly sunny skies. Rain will begin around 3am later Friday night. This will mix with and then change to snow between 10am and 1pm. Snow should continue until around 6pm.
Temperatures will be dropping from around 45 overnight to 30 by noon Shabbos. It will be in the 20s in the afternoon. Some snow accumulations do appear likely on the grass, cars, etc. Roads will probably stay wet, though a few side roads could get slushy.
For roads that are wet, temperatures dropping well below freezing could issues of ice. However, the wind will help dry things out. Still, be cautious when first driving or walking Motzei Shabbos and Sunday morning.
Winds will be on the rise Shabbos morning, gusting to 40 mph. It will peak in the afternoon and evening with gusts of 50 mph.
The winds will cause real feels to drop into the 20s Shabbos morning and teens Shabbos afternoon.

Sunday starts near 18, feeling like around 5. The high will be 41 on Sunday.
Much more pleasant weather will take hold Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs near 58, 62 and 60 respectively.
