Wednesday, July 28: The Heat Drags On

 The heat continues for Wednesday, although a couple degrees cooler, with highs near 91. In terms of precipitation, storms will develop this afternoon and and affect us this evening into tonight, with some rain and possibly a thunderstorm. 

Thursday, temperatures will peak near 88 before a line of storms rolls through in the middle of the afternoon. Strong gusts and heavy rain are possible. This will usher in cooler weather, at least for summer standards. 

Friday has highs near 87, and Shabbos is near 85. Temperatures will be in the 80s into the middle of next week. Beyond Thursday, generally sunny skies are expected for at least a few days.
