Highs will be near 87 today, ahead of a potentially stormy evening. Showers and thunderstorms are expected this evening between 4pm and 8pm. The best chance for a strong storm will be between 5lm and 7pm. We may get more than one round of strong storms. Any storm could bring heavy rain, frequent lightning, and winds gusting to 40 to 60 mph.
