Warm Sunday, With Another Shower Likely

   5:15pm Sunday update: Storms are currently over western Maryland and in Virginia. It now looks likely that a storm will move through between 7:45 and 9:15pm. If the storms in Virginia continue to move at the current pace, they will reach our area between 7:15 and 7:45. 

However, the storm size and path would bring it past us, to our east. Another storm in Virginia, if it continues straight, would miss us to our west. 

Generally, more storms will form in pockets from Virginia to D.C., and then, in this case, move northeastward. 

So the timing could easily be around 8:30, as computer models show it will be. 

Original forecast (Sunday morning): 

    We still have one more shower to go, but warm Sunday.

Highs will be near 77, as clouds clear some in the afternoon. 

A final shower is likely around 6pm this evening, with some heavier rain. The main reason this isn't definite is because it will be summer-style storms, which means they are more sporadic. Additionally, it is one of the first of the season like this, so computer models don't handle it as well.

Monday, temperatures are near 65. Some sunshine is likely but still a lot of clouds. An evening shower is possible, but most likely, it will be some rain between 7pm and 11pm.

Tuesday has highs around 62.
